Bequi Innes
Women’s Pastoral Worker: Bequi has been a Christian for 20 years and works mainly with the women at Christ Church helping them to understand the Bible better and love Jesus more. She is married to Graeme and enjoys attending the Parents and Toddlers group with her daughter. Bequi loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys sport and getting stuck into a good TV boxset.
Graeme Innes
Associate Minister: Graeme became a Christian as a teenager at a Christian camp. He loves to help people to know Jesus through the Bible. Graeme is studying part-time at Oak Hill College. He is passionate about all sports (especially football) and has a particular interest in Eastern Europe. He is married to Bequi and they have a young daughter.
Rev’d Nick Algeo
Curate: Nick does not know at what age exactly he became a Christian, but is very grateful for the Christian home he grew up in. He enjoys explaining how following Jesus makes the biggest difference to ordinary life. Nick is married to Harriet, and in his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, playing sport, watching films and eating well.
Rev’d Dr Mark Burkill
Vicar: Mark was not brought up as a Christian but was converted at the age of 20, while studying archaeology. He considers being a minister to be the best job in the world because it deals with the most important part of people’s lives. He is married to Christina and they have three children. Mark has been vicar of Christ Church since 1991
